Original description (Roewer 1941: 102):
"Mit
den Merkmalen der Familie Rhagodidae (Roewer 1934), außerdem 2.
und 3. Tal'.ms ventral mit je 1.1 Dornen und 4. Tarsus ventral ohne
hervortretende Dornen. Die Gattung Rhagodax findet ihren Platz
zwischen Rhagodes s. str. und Rhagoduna unserer Tabelle
1934 (p. 268)."
Translation: "With the
characteristic features of the family Rhagodidae (Roewer 1934),
also, 2nd and 3rd tarsi ventrally always with 1.1 spines and 4th tarsus
ventrally without pronounced spines. The genus Rhagodax finds its
place between Rhagodes s. str. and Rhagoduna of the table
in 1934 (p. 268)."One species
